Problems

If you are experiencing one of the following problems, use this article to rectify your issue:

 

  • Adobe Reader fails to load or open the file or returns an error.
  • Nothing shows up.
  • Nothing happens when selecting "open" in the open/save dialog in your Internet browser.
  • Open/save dialog keeps popping up when clicking "open."

 

 

Resolution

  1. Install the proper software.
    1. You must download and install the latest version of Adobe Reader if you do not have it installed already to view the following: weekly bulletin, prayer sheet, Bible study notes, The Voice.
      Note: Adobe Reader is compatible with both PCs and Macs.
  2. Download and save the file you want to view.
    1. Click the link of the file you want to view. (For example: Download Bulletin)
      Note: PDFs are distinguished by the PDF icon.
    2. When the open/save dialog for the file pops up, select "Save" and save the file onto your computer.
  3. Open and view the file.
    1. Open the file you downloaded. If Adobe Reader was properly installed, it should load right away.

If you get an error saying that the file doesn't exist, please contact us through e-mail so we can fix the problem immediately. (Please include the error you receive so we can better assist you).
