Problems

If you are experiencing one of the following problems, use this article to rectify your issue:

  • Screen is blank.
  • Video won't stop loading/buffering.
  • Video or audio keeps skipping.

Resolution

  1. Check the times of our services.
    1. Make sure you tune in during a scheduled church service or event by checking our Schedule of Services.
Note: All listed times are in Central Standard Time (CST).
    2. Live streaming is provided for all of our regular church services, and many of our special services and events.
    3. You will see nothing if you try to watch when there is no church service or event.
  2. Check your Internet connection speed.
    1. Watching the live streaming will only run optimally on high-speed Internet connections (cable, DSL, or faster). Note: Please check with your Internet provider if you are unsure of your connection.
    2. If you are on a dial-up or ISDN connection, we recommend you listen rather than watch the live streaming.
  3. Install the proper and latest software.
    1. If you have not already run the system check, please go to the Help Center and follow directions.
    2. PC Users: You must have Windows Media Player installed (preferably the latest version, 11). If you are running a browser other than Internet Explorer (for example: Firefox), please download and install the Windows Media Player plugin.

Mac Users: Please download and install Flip4Mac.
  4. Make sure Javascript is enabled on your browser.
    1. We will not run an automated Javascript check.

Other Notes

If you see video but cannot hear audio, more than likely it is a problem on your end. Please check your speaker connections and volume settings–your volume may be set on mute.
