Problems

If you are experiencing one of the following problems, use this article to rectify your issue:

  • Screen is blank.
  • Video doesn't stop loading.
  • Video stops before it finishes.
  • Video skips when playing or keeps stopping and playing.

Resolution

  1. Install the proper and latest software.
    1. If you have not already run the system check, please go to the Help Center and follow directions.
    2. You must have the the latest version of Adobe Flash Player installed.
Note: Adobe Flash Player is compatible with both PCs and Macs.
  2. Allow the video to buffer and load before playing.
    1. Depending on your Internet connection, you may have to wait until some of the video downloads before you can play it without the video constantly stopping and playing.
Note: If you are on a dial-up or ISDN connection, your download speed may be slower than the playing speed; therefore, the video will stop once it has played up to what your computer has downloaded and continue when more of it has been downloaded. On slower connections the best thing to do would be to wait until the video has been downloaded in its entirely before watching it.

Other Notes

If you see video but cannot hear audio, more than likely it is a problem on your end. Please check your speaker connections and volume settings -- your volume may be set on mute.
