Building a Relationship That Reflects the Life & Love of Christ
February 5-6, 2010
Marriage is a relationship that God ordained for man that allows man to see a reflection
of man’s true self. Marriage is, in truth, a mirror that reflects back to us our attitudes, weakness, and frailties in living out the biblical truths set before
us in Scripture, such as mercy, grace, love, forgiveness, commitment, and compassion. How we measure up as children of God is often an unsettling revelation but
necessary for growth to occur. Marriage is a tool to help us grow in knowing, not only in our knowing our spouse but in knowing God. That is our goal this weekend—to
challenge you to learn to read the reflection in the mirror called marriage and grow closer to one another by growing closer to the Lord Jesus Christ.

Our special speakers for this marriage retreat will be our own Pastor and Mrs. Jack Schaap and Dr. and Mrs. David Gibbs Jr. from the Christian Law Association
in Seminole, Florida.
Registration: The total cost of the retreat is $245 (which includes a black tie dinner, breakfast, and lunch buffet). We have space for 250 couples to attend,
and registration is on a first-come, first-served basis. After December 15, 2009, the cost will be $275 per couple.

Concerning children: Though we realize that children are indeed special, as a courtesy to other participants, we ask that you do not bring your children (including
nursing infants) to this conference. We are unable to provide child-care or accommodations for them.
