About Impact Teens
First Baptist Church is fully committed to raising up another Godly generation of Christian servants. We provide weekly Sunday school classes, youth training times, weekly Teen Soul Winning, and other opportunities for service during these important years of development. In addition, our youth staff host many youth activities throughout the Chicagoland Area. We also have an annual Teen Camp, a Youth Explosion, Winter Retreats, and Youth Conference Hammond every July.

Abdel Judeh
Abdel Judeh was reached through the bus ministry on the south side of Chicago. He was saved and called to preach as a teenager. Upon graduating from Hyles-Anderson College, he married his wife Minda in 2001. He served as a youth pastor for 13 years at Landmark Baptist Church in Parkersburg, West Virginia. The Lord led the Judeh family back to Northwest Indiana, where Bro. Judeh currently serves as our Regional Youth Pastor and oversees our evangelism department and community outreaches.
The Judehs have three children: Alana, Adam, and Derek. In the last several years, the Lord has seen fit to allow Bro. Judeh to travel the country preaching in camps and Youth Conferences. It is evident to anyone who meets Bro. Judeh that he loves the Lord, he loves teenagers, and he has an intense passion to see young people serve God.

2025 Events
Teen Soul-Winning Training Dinner
All FBC “A” teens are invited to continue their annual soul-winning training Saturdays at 10:00 a.m. in the Hammond Baptist Junior High Chapel through Saturday, February 15. On Saturday, February 15, we will hold a dinner in the Courtside Cafeteria.
Mothers of these teens are invited to attend the Ladies’ Soul-Winning Group with Mrs. Wilkerson during this time; they meet at 10:00 a.m. in the Hammond Baptist High School Teachers’ Lounge.

Get ready for an epic experience at Youth Explosion, where high school students will dive into a world of excitement! Join us for thrilling singing, delicious food, fun games, and amazing giveaways that will create unforgettable memories. Services will be held in the Youth Center from 6:00-8:00 each night!

Youth Revival
All teens in Grades 6-12 are invited to be a part of our annual Youth Revival held in the Don Boyd Auditorium at Hammond Baptist Schools in Schererville. The revival will start at 5:00 p.m. and should end between 7:30 and 7:45 each evening; transportation to the church will be provided following the services each night. Spring Formal
The “A” High School Spring Formal will be held in the third-floor Fellowship Hall of the Main Auditorium Building; the doors will open at 5:00 p.m., and the program will begin at 6:00 p.m. The teens will be going to Chicago after the banquet on buses provided by the church; the buses will return to the FBC Main Auditorium Building at 10:30 p.m. The cost is $60 per person. Stop by the Youth Counter after the evening service with any questions.

Our Time Youth Conference (Junior High Only)
The first 50 “A” teens in Grades 6-8 who sign up and pay a $25 deposit will be going to the Our Time Youth Conference in Washington, Iowa. The total cost of this activity is $75, plus money for food.

All FBC teens in Grades 9-12 are invited to attend our Summer Camp, held at Northland Camp in Dunbar, Wisconsin; the cost is $185 per person. Stop by the Youth Counter with any questions.

Junior High Summer Camp
All “A” teens going into 6th grade through those who just graduated from the 8th grade are invited to attend Summer Camp. Sign up in Sunday school or at the Youth Counter on the second floor of the Main Auditorium Building after any evening service.

Teen Soul-Winning Marathon
The FBC “A” Teen Soul-Winning Marathon will begin with a meeting 10:00 a.m. in the Youth Center. The day will conclude with a meal at 6:00 p.m. in the Hammond Baptist Schools’ Courtside Cafeteria; the cost is $5.00 per person. Any adult interested in driving for this event is encouraged to contact Abdel Judeh at 304.210.4146.

Others' Activity
All FBC “A” teens in Grades 6-12 are invited to attend their annual Others’ Activity from 1:00-6:30 p.m. Everyone will meet in the Youth Center at the church in Hammond, and the event will conclude in the Billings Gymnasium at Hammond Baptist Schools. The cost is $5.00 per person, which includes supper, and teens are asked to bring their own rakes. Teens can sign up in Sunday school or after any evening service at the Youth Counter on the second floor of the Main Auditorium Building.
